The subsidy covers travel expenses, accommodation expenses (fixed amount), registration fees and other costs (airport facilities fee, visa fee, vaccination, and entry and exit tax).

If you are accepted, you will be required to submit the Conference Completion Report (form-4) and

Travel Cost Report Form (form-5) within 7 days after coming back to Japan. You will be also

required to submit the final report (designated format) and PP files of your oral/poster presentation within 1 month after you finishing the conference.
